Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in your selected currency and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. Orders are confirmed by email once payment has been authorised.
Shipping & risk
Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for transit times and duties. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or force majeure.
Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened skincare and makeup are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded in full.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any single order is capped at the value of that order.
