When you shop with Quiet Beauty we collect the information you give us — name, delivery address, email, phone number — together with order history and payment confirmations from our processors. We also collect anonymised analytics on how the site is used, so we can keep the experience considered.
Your information is used to fulfil orders, provide customer care, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send you the Quiet List newsletter. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties, ever.
We share the minimum necessary data with our payment processor (Stripe), shipping partners (DHL, Royal Mail, FedEx), and our email platform. Each is GDPR-compliant and contractually bound to use your data only for the service they provide.
We use a small number of cookies for cart functionality, login state and anonymised analytics. You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on your first visit.
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to privacy@quietbeauty.com. We respond within 30 days.
Order records are retained for seven years to meet UK accounting obligations. Marketing data is deleted within 30 days of unsubscribe. Account data is deleted on request.
