Where do you ship to?

We offer next-day delivery and standard 3-day delivery for orders within the UK. Your order will be processed within 2-4 business days and shipped via your selected shipping method.

Currently, we do not ship our Korean beauty products to Europe or the USA, but we are working to make this available in the future. At this time, we only offer worldwide shipping for our range of Quiet Beauty products.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over £60 (excluding duties and taxes) to the UK and Europe.

Can I return a product?

We only accept returns if the packaging is unopened and the product is unused. Return within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Your refund will be confirmed by email, and funds will be returned to your original payment method. 

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number & a photo of the item. After 28 days we are unable to replace your item. Please allow 2-3 business days for your inquiry to be reviewed by one of our customer service representatives.

The item I want is out of stock and available for preorder. When will it arrive?

Pre-order items at Quiet Beauty are subject to availability. Based on our supplier’s shipping timelines, most pre-orders arrive within 2 to 4 weeks. We strive to get your beauty favorites to you as quickly as possible!
