Returns, simplified.
If a piece doesn't feel right, return any unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Tools and accessories may be returned in their original packaging. We cover return shipping for UK, EU, US and Mexico orders.

Where does Quiet Beauty ship?+
Globally. Our core markets are the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States and Mexico, and we deliver to the rest of the world with tracked shipping.
When will my order be dispatched?+
Orders placed before 14:00 GMT are packed and dispatched the same working day from our London atelier. Weekend orders leave on Monday.
Are taxes and duties included?+
We ship worldwide — the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, Mexico and the rest of the world. All duties and import taxes are prepaid at checkout, so the price you see is the price you pay.
How are fragile items protected?+
Glass tools, ampoules and ceramics travel in custom moulded inserts inside our signature linen-wrapped boxes. Every parcel is fully insured in transit.
Can I return an opened product?+
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and makeup cannot be returned unless faulty. Tools, accessories and unopened products may be returned within 30 days.
