Our 90-day programme
For selected beauty and personal-care brands that want Quiet Beauty to actively develop wholesale opportunities on their behalf. Our team identifies suitable professional buyers, personally presents approved products, follows up on commercial interest and maintains a documented opportunity pipeline.

Selection of professional buyer contacts — hotels, spas, salons and specialist retailers — from Quiet Beauty’s professional network.
Submission of the proposed buyer list for your approval before any contact is made.
10 personalised pitches to approved buyer contacts per month — 30 over the 90 days.
Coordination of buyer questions, meetings, approved sample requests and quotations.
Six fortnightly progress reports and a final account-by-account opportunity pipeline.
02 — B2B Wholesale Catalogue
Selected beauty and personal-care brands can apply to feature their brand and approved products in the Quiet Beauty B2B wholesale catalogue.
The catalogue presents suitable products to professional buyers across our network in the UK, Mexico and Europe — hospitality, spa, retail and wholesale contacts.
You do not need to participate in our sales-representation programme or be listed in our B2C store to apply.
Review of the brand and proposed products for B2B suitability.
Onboarding of the approved brand and its agreed product selection.
Presentation of the brand under its own name, with its approved products, in the Quiet Beauty professional wholesale catalogue.
Receipt and forwarding of relevant catalogue enquiries under the agreed process.
Brands must provide product samples in advance for evaluation, together with their wholesale price list, product catalogue, images, minimum order quantities, lead times, relevant documentation and supply information. All brands and products are subject to Quiet Beauty’s approval.
Catalogue inclusion does not include personalised buyer pitches, active sales representation, guaranteed enquiries or orders, stock purchase, importing, storage or fulfilment. Additional sales and operational services can be contracted separately.
03 — Hospitality Product Development & Private Label
Many hospitality clients want more than existing branded products. They want to develop their own hotel amenities, spa collections and beauty ranges, with products and packaging suited to their identity and guest experience.
Quiet Beauty develops these commercial opportunities and works with selected laboratories, manufacturers and specialist suppliers to bring suitable products to market.
We can coordinate
Product concepts and development briefs.
Suitable manufacturing and supply partners.
Product samples and specifications.
Private-label or white-label options.
Packaging and branding requirements.
Manufacturing quotations, minimum orders and production planning.
Agreed import, storage and delivery arrangements where required.
Products may be developed under the hospitality client’s own brand or another agreed branding structure.
We welcome enquiries from qualified manufacturers interested in producing products for Quiet Beauty-led hospitality projects.
Manufacturing partners provide their capabilities, supplier prices, minimum production quantities, samples, lead times and technical documentation.
Quiet Beauty manages the hospitality client relationship and commercial project. The appointed manufacturing partner produces the products under the agreed specifications and contract.
A manufacturer may also have its own branded products featured in our B2B catalogue under a separate catalogue agreement.
Private-label projects are quoted individually according to development requirements, manufacturing costs, packaging, minimum quantities and delivery arrangements.
Product ownership, formulation rights, quality requirements, regulatory responsibilities and supply terms are agreed before production.
04 — Additional services
Quiet Beauty can also provide separately quoted support for additional buyer campaigns, wholesale presentations, sample coordination, import and market-entry coordination, warehouse and fulfilment arrangements, and ongoing sales representation.
Each service has a defined scope and fee. Specialist and third-party costs are confirmed for the relevant project.
Two routes to market
We select the structure that fits the brand’s readiness, demand and operational position. Neither route is automatic.
Model A
The brand remains the seller. Quiet Beauty develops buyers and coordinates commercial discussions.
Quiet Beauty earns an agreed project fee and commission under the contract.
Best suited to an initial launch while local inventory and logistics are being established.
Model B
Quiet Beauty may purchase selected products at an agreed wholesale cost and resell them to its B2B customers.
Quiet Beauty earns the agreed resale margin and takes only the responsibilities confirmed in the purchase terms.
Considered separately for products with demonstrated demand, viable economics and fulfilment readiness.
The programme covers defined sales-development work. It does not guarantee meetings, orders or revenue. Additional campaigns, import support, storage, fulfilment and ongoing account management are priced separately, and any commission applies only when expressly agreed in writing. Represented brands are added to our B2B wholesale catalogue as one of our brands; distribution and stock purchase are considered separately under their own terms.
Optional scopes
Coordinate sample selections, buyer requests, dispatch information and feedback.
Fixed coordination fee per campaign; samples and shipping are separate.
Organise quotations and coordinate import, customs, compliance, documentation and shipping specialists.
Quoted project-management fee plus third-party costs.
Once suitable partners are contracted, coordinate local storage, order preparation and delivery to approved wholesale customers.
Set-up, storage and per-order fees quoted separately.
A focused campaign for suitable hotels, groups, spas or hospitality purchasing teams beyond the core scope.
Additional fixed campaign fee; agreed commission applies to eligible resulting orders without double charging.
Adapt or create a buyer presentation, assortment sheet and wholesale proposal for agreed buyer categories.
Fixed fee based on products and materials required.
Continue developing agreed accounts and managing buyer follow-up after the initial 90 days.
Monthly retainer, commission or a defined combination under a new contract.
A focused campaign for independent boutiques, concept stores, spas and salon groups beyond the core scope.
Additional fixed campaign fee; agreed commission applies to eligible resulting orders without double charging.
Represent the brand at agreed trade events and arrange in-market buyer meetings during dedicated visits.
Quoted per event or visit, plus agreed travel costs.
Separate commercial opportunity
We may select products for our wholesale catalogue or purchase them for resale, subject to product fit, documentation, pricing, rights, demand and fulfilment readiness.
This is not guaranteed by the launch programme. Where Quiet Beauty buys and resells stock, the agreed resale margin applies rather than an automatic agency commission on the same transaction.

Before we begin
Brands should provide a wholesale price list, catalogue, target markets, relevant sales rights, available documentation, supply capacity, lead times and samples policy. The proposal will confirm who approves prices, contracts with buyers, receives payment, handles returns and owns import and delivery responsibilities. Brands must provide suitable product samples in advance, at their own expense.
Commercial terms
We assess the range, target buyers, operational readiness and realistic team capacity before confirming scope, fees and any performance commission. Terms are set out in a written agreement—not left in an email.
